Returns
Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30 day Product Exchange or Return for Refund policy. If 30 days have gone by since the time of your purchase, unfortunately we no longer offer you a refund or exchange as by this time you have accepted the items are to your satisfaction.
In order to receive an Exchange or refund you must agree to pay the return postage for the item/s you do not wish to keep. We feel that is only fair as we paid for the delivery shipping.
Note: Free + Shipping items are NOT eligible for Refunds (because they are free). You can however, cancel your order within 24 hours and it will be honoured.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we ask you provide a copy of your proof of purchase to make it easier to find you in our system, as we deal with 100's of customers daily, and to find 1 order in the last 30 days is challenging and time consuming, without an order or receipt number. Credit card or Paypal statements are also acceptable.
Please do not send your purchased items back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, and will be available to you within a certain amount of days as outlined by the financial institutions operating rules.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Should you chose to exchange an item for a different size, colour, style etc. you will be require to send the original item to: Loveu2bits.com, 6 Warramunga Place, Rockingham Western Australia 6168. In the case of products damaged on delivery and you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@loveu2bits.com. *Take a photo of the damaged item and the damaged packaging to assist in making an insurance claim against the courier service. Return freight charges may apply if an item looks damaged after delivery.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping

It is your responsibility to pay for the return shipping costs.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
